Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Processing deliveries, courier orders, delivery notes for drivers
  • Liaising with customers and drivers to ensure efficient delivery processes
  • Obtaining driver ETAs
  • Liaising with relevant departments and informing them of any issues.
  • Assisting transport planners with routing of truck
  • Keeping sales up to date
  • Maintaining strong relationships with all departments
