We are proud to be working on behalf of a leading supplier based in Ipswich, who are currently recruiting for a professional Recruitment Coordinator to join their ever-growing team on an initial 12-month contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading local business that prides themselves on delivering the highest level of service to their clients. You will work closely with the Internal Recruiter, Internal Stakeholders and occasionally recruitment agencies to bring exceptional talent into the business. Please be advised this is a Fixed Term Position for 12 Months. Key Duties: * Conduct CV and phone screenings with candidates to understand their suitability for the specific role. * Utilise resourcing platforms including Indeed Smart Sourcing, and LinkedIn Recruiter to develop a talent pipeline. * Regularly review applications and screen and shortlist as appropriate. * Deal with initial candidate and agency queries. * Administration of candidate Offer Letters and Contracts of Employment. * Draft job descriptions and coordinate interviews for candidates. * Support with advertising on the Applicant Tracking System and ensuring these are also placed on Indeed, LinkedIn and any other relevant job boards. Previous Skills & Experience: * Proven experience of working within a recruitment administration position. * IT proficient. * High level of accuracy and attention to detail. * Previous experience of using candidate sourcing tools, such as Indeed, CV Library and LinkedIn. * Awareness of data protection.
