Skills & Experience Required: Minimum 2 years’ experience of handling personal injury motor claims from ‘cradle to grave’. Experience of non-portal claims in excess of £25,000. Experience of credit hire negotiations and a technical insurance knowledge and understanding including that of, repair, capture, intervention, 3rd party, and claims processed involving the MOJ and OIC A genuine desire to engage in future learning opportunities and continuous professional development Strong customer service, and communication skills both written and verbal A proactive approach and enthusiastic attitude Please be advised that this role is 100% remote, therefore applicants must be comfortable and at ease working from home.
