We are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of a company based in Ipswich who are looking for a Warehouse Operations Manager to join their team. You will be responsible for the smooth running of the daily warehouse operations.

Key Duties:

  • Supervised warehouse staff, delegated tasks, and monitored performance.
  • Managed daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Oversaw container palletising, racking, picking, and loading activities.
  • Ensured goods were handled, stored, and dispatched safely and efficiently.
  • Maintained accurate warehouse records and documentation.
  • Monitored stock movement and maintained effective warehouse organisation.
  • Enforced health and safety procedures and ensured compliance at all times.
  • Supported HR-related matters including attendance management, training, performance, and disciplinary procedures.

Previous Skills & Experience:
