What you’ll be doing:
- Managing and developing client relationships through calls, meetings, and face-to-face visits
- Winning new business and identifying new opportunities within your market
- Running the full recruitment lifecycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates
- Working closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver effective hiring solutions
- Building long-term relationships with both clients and candidates
- Using our CRM and recruitment tools to manage workflows and track progress
- Advising clients on interview best practices and hiring decisions
- Supporting candidates through onboarding and the early stages of employment
What we’re looking for:
Experience in recruitment is welcome but not essential. What matters most is attitude, ambition, and a genuine interest in building a career in recruitment.
You’ll ideally have:

What we offer:
- Competitive basic salary: £25,000 – £35,000 (DOE)
- Uncapped commission and bonus scheme
