This is an excellent opportunity for a confident billing professional with strong finance operations knowledge and proven team coordination skills to take on a pivotal role within a fast-paced, international organisation.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Preparing, reviewing, and processing customer invoices accurately and within agreed deadlines.
- Processing invoice amendments, adjustments, and credit notes where required.
- Investigating and resolving billing discrepancies and queries.
- Coordinating daily billing activities and helping to prioritise team workloads.
- Ensuring compliance with internal controls, company policies, and regulatory requirements, including supporting audit requests.
Skillset and Experience Required
- Minimum of three years’ experience in billing, accounts receivable, finance operations.
- Strong understanding of invoicing reconciliations, billing controls, and multi-currency transactions.
- Excellent organisational and analytical skills, with the ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines.
