We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading Insurance Company based in Chelmsford who are looking to appoint a Fraud Handler. Key Responsibilities: * Review claims against fraud indicators, highlighting and carrying out investigations. * Manage suspected fraud claims including all aspects of a third party claim from notification through to conclusion. * Provide excellent claims handling. * Accurately value injury claims. * Compile fraud statistic reports. * Ensure quality, service standards and productivity levels are maintained to a high standard. * Work closely with legal experts to evolve fraud tactics. Previous Skills & Experience * Knowledge of fraud indicators. * Understanding of Small, Multi and Fast track litigation process including MOJ. * In-depth awareness of fraud tactics (identification, validation and handling). * Proficient in investigating and negotiating liability disputes. * Excellent written and verbal communication
