Due to their continued success and growth, our client is currently recruiting for an experience Fleet Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company with an excellent reputation during an exciting time of growth. The successful candidate will be fully responsible for overseeing both the efficient management of company vehicles, and the smooth running of office administration. Key Duties & Responsibilities Include: * Overseeing the management of the company’s vehicle fleet * Scheduling, monitoring, and tracking vehicle usage to maximize efficiency * Collaborating with internal departments to fulfil transport and operational requirements * Ensuring all vehicles are appropriately serviced, licensed, and pass necessary inspections * Managing vehicle procurement and liaising with leasing and insurance providers * Arranging regular servicing, MOTs, and coordinating general vehicle maintenance * Maintain up-to-date certifications and company accreditations. * Organise Health & Safety and other required training courses, ensuring all engineers possess the necessary legal documentation. * Acting as the first point of contact for enquiries, providing accurate information or directing them to the appropriate department Skills & Experience Required: * Extensive Fleet management experience, with a sound knowledge of vehicle compliance and regulations * Experience and knowledge of GPS tracking systems and telematics * Full UK driving licence * Skilled in budget management and cost reduction strategies * Strong leadership and team management capabilities * Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills * Flexible and adaptable with a proactive work attitude * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment * Resilient and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively
