We are excited to be recruiting on behalf of a growing logistics company looking to recruit an experienced Fleet and Compliance Coordinator to strengthen their team in Felixstowe.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate planned preventative maintenance and MOT schedules for a national HGV and trailer fleet.
- Liaise with maintenance providers to schedule repairs and servicing, ensuring all work was completed to the required standards.
- Monitor and managed HGV driver tachograph compliance in line with legal requirements.
- Process and maintained fleet documentation to meet industry and regulatory standards.
- Manage vehicle defect reporting, ensuring timely processing and resolution of reported faults.
- Coordinate vehicle and trailer breakdown support to minimise operational disruption.
- Oversee tyre management, including replacement scheduling and supplier coordination.
- Administer Operator Licence compliance and associated fleet records.
- Work closely with insurance providers to report and manage road traffic collision (RTC) claims.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and transport legislation.
Previous Skills & Experience
- Minimum of one year of experience working within the transport and HGV industry.
- Strong understanding of drivers' hours regulations, tachograph legislation, and transport compliance requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships.
- Transport Manager CPC qualification (or working knowledge of Operator Licence compliance); qualification desirable but not essential.
- Proven ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
