We are excited to be working on behalf of an innovative and forward-thinking Insurance company who are recruiting for an Express Claims Adjuster to join their growing team. Please be advised that this role is 100% remote, therefore applicants must be comfortable and at ease working from home. As an Express Claims Adjuster, you will be handling high frequency, low value and low severity claims across a variety of lines, particularly property and liability from ‘cradle to grave’. Skills & Experience: * Attention to detail and the ability to provide quality interactions with stakeholders, clients and customers to the high standards required by our business * Excellent customer service skills. * Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise your workload. * Ability to work to system driven SLAs and workflows. * Strong communication skills – both written and oral. * Comfortable working in a fluid role in a fast-paced environment * Minimum of 2 years of experience in UK claims in all or any of the following: Commercial Property, Personal Property and/or Low Value Public or Products Liability The successful candidate will become part of a fantastic company who offer great routes of progression and industry qualifications to further skills and development.
