Time Appointments are working closely with a growing construction company who are looking to add a Sales & Operations Administrator to their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a busy environment, has a strong customer focus and is keen to learn and develop their skills.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Answer customer enquiries by phone and email
- Prepare and process customer quotes using Microsoft Office
- Take sales orders and liaise with customers face-to-face and over the phone
- Provide a professional and friendly service to customers
- Support the operations team with picking and checking orders
- Help unload deliveries when required
- Prepare quotes for bespoke and more complex products
- Provide general support across the sales and operations teams
Skills & Experience Required:
- Previous experience in a sales administration or operations role
- Knowledge of building materials or the construction industry is desirable
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and confidence preparing quotes
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- A positive, hands-on attitude and willingness to help across the business
- Full UK driving licence
