We are recruiting for a Financial Administrator on behalf of a prestigious company based in Ipswich. The successful application will provide efficient administrative support to the adviser teams, ensuring that processes are executed efficiently in line with regulatory standards.
Key Duties
- Provide assistance to the Heads of Investment Managers to help improve the quality of adviser work.
- Ensure that Advisers have collated all required information for High Risk Accounts both on account inception and ongoing.
- Validate data collected by advisers.
- Act as a point of contact for advisers regarding assurance-related inquiries.
- Coordinate with adviser teams to streamline processes.
- Coordinate with the second line to ensure standards are being met.
Previous Skills & Experience
- Previous experience within a professional services or Financial Services environment is desirable but not essential.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent administration skills, an eye for detail.
