We are recruiting for a Financial Administrator on behalf of a prestigious company based in Ipswich. The successful application will provide efficient administrative support to the adviser teams, ensuring that processes are executed efficiently in line with regulatory standards.

Key Duties

  • Provide assistance to the Heads of Investment Managers to help improve the quality of adviser work.
  • Ensure that Advisers have collated all required information for High Risk Accounts both on account inception and ongoing.
  • Validate data collected by advisers.
  • Act as a point of contact for advisers regarding assurance-related inquiries.
  • Coordinate with adviser teams to streamline processes.
  • Coordinate with the second line to ensure standards are being met.

Previous Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience within a professional services or Financial Services environment is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent administration skills, an eye for detail.
