We are thrilled to be recruiting on behalf of a remarkable business in Colchester who are currently seeking to appoint an experienced Sales Progressor to join their successful team. This role will be supporting customers in securing their new home. You must be knowledgeable, confident and have a good attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing property sales through to exchange and completion in line with deadlines and KPIs.
- Work with solicitors, mortgage advisors, and estate agents to obtain timely updates and ensure smooth progression to completion.
- Communicate with vendors, buyers, solicitors, mortgage advisors, and developers to maintain swiftness for property sales.
- Stay in touch with solicitors and agents on related chain matters and third parties such as managing agents and local authorities.
- Prepare and maintain accurate weekly excel reports.
- Monitor the sales progression, identifying risks and implement solutions to prevent delays.
- Settle any issues that arise by working alongside solicitors and third parties to find a prompt resolution.
- Manage weekly and monthly pipeline reviews to forecast exchanges and expectations effectively.
Previous Skills & Experience:
Experience in a Sales Progressor role within an Estate Agency environment or experience within a conveyancing firm is preferred.
