This role will suit an individual who is passionate about building relationships and has a proven track record of securing new business for a company.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Previous experience within sales or account management
  • A proactive nature and a proven successful sales track record
  • Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Self-motivated and organised, with the ability to manage your own diary
  • Professional, proactive, and client-focused
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience within property sales would be beneficial but is not essential

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key client accounts
  • Regular liaison with clients, ensuring they are fully updated on ongoing cases
  • Managing client meetings both online and in person
  • Developing and growing business opportunities within allocated accounts
  • Making recommendations and tailoring solutions to achieve the best possible outcomes for each case
  • Overseeing client pipelines across sales, maintenance, insurance, and valuations
  • Identifying opportunities to cross-sell additional company services
  • Managing and supporting the team to ensure high performance and excellent service delivery
  • Developing strategies to increase revenue and achieve company targets
  • Ensuring clients fully understand the benefits and value of the company’s services
