Time Appointments are currently recruiting on behalf of a company based in Colchester, who are currently recruiting for a Client Account Executive.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual within experience within an IFA firm to take the next step within there career.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Monitor and progress client cases, providing regular updates.
  • Liaise with clients and providers to resolve queries and ensure timely case completion.
  • Maintain accurate client records using Intelligent Office (IO).
  • Work across investment platforms including Aberdeen, Fidelity, and Quilter.
  • Coordinate client payments and ensure all transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.
  • Manage pension and ISA transfers through to completion.
  • Handle trust applications and inheritance tax planning cases.
  • Process tax wrapper switches, fund withdrawals, and income payments.
  • Manage Letters of Authority and annuity applications.
  • Submit accurate applications across multiple provider systems.

Skills & Experience Required

  • At least two years of experience working within an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) practice is essential.
  • Solid experience processing new business across a wide range of financial products.
  • Confident in managing client cases throughout the entire process, from initial submission to completion.
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships.
  • A proactive and supportive team member who enjoys contributing to a collaborative, professional, and fast-paced working environment.
