Time Appointments are currently recruiting on behalf of a company based in Colchester, who are currently recruiting for a Client Account Executive.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual within experience within an IFA firm to take the next step within there career.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Monitor and progress client cases, providing regular updates.
- Liaise with clients and providers to resolve queries and ensure timely case completion.
- Maintain accurate client records using Intelligent Office (IO).
- Work across investment platforms including Aberdeen, Fidelity, and Quilter.
- Coordinate client payments and ensure all transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.
- Manage pension and ISA transfers through to completion.
- Handle trust applications and inheritance tax planning cases.
- Process tax wrapper switches, fund withdrawals, and income payments.
- Manage Letters of Authority and annuity applications.
- Submit accurate applications across multiple provider systems.
Skills & Experience Required
- At least two years of experience working within an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) practice is essential.
- Solid experience processing new business across a wide range of financial products.
- Confident in managing client cases throughout the entire process, from initial submission to completion.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships.
- A proactive and supportive team member who enjoys contributing to a collaborative, professional, and fast-paced working environment.
