We are pleased to be working on behalf of a growing manufacturing company in Chelmsford who are looking for a Project Manager to join their team. This is a fast paced role that requires good communication skills, high attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure. You will be dealing with the Internal Sales team and external customers on a daily basis either on the telephone or face to face.
Key Duties:
- Manage projects to completion.
- Establish and maintain excellent communication with customers.
- Source materials and negotiate best prices.
- Arrange for orders to be added to Sage 50.
- Deal with queries and potential problems.
- Manage project budgets.
- Schedule deliveries for your client with the logistics team.
- Manage the day to day operational aspect of projects.
- Complete job sheets with relevant information to enable production to complete projects on time.
Previous Skills & Experience:
- Good knowledge of Sage 50.
- Excellent Word and Excel skills.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Good team player.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
