We are delighted to be working on behalf of a highly regarded Insurance company, who are currently seeking to appoint a commercially minded and proactive individual to join their team as a Claims Audit Handler, specialising in Third Party Motor.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a strong background in Third Party Motor Claims who is passionate about quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Working closely with the Claims Management team, you will play a key role in monitoring claims handling standards, identifying opportunities for improvement, and helping to ensure the business delivers exceptional service while meeting regulatory and operational requirements.

As a Claims Audit Handler, you will be responsible for carrying out quality and compliance audits across the claims function, reviewing processes, identifying risks, and supporting improvements that enhance both customer outcomes and operational performance.

Skills & Experience Required

  • A minimum of 12 months' experience handling Third Party Motor Claims is essential.
  • A broad understanding of the end-to-end claim’s lifecycle, with experience across multiple areas of the claims function, including investigation, assessment, negotiation, and settlement processes.
  • Previous experience carrying out audits, quality assurance, compliance reviews, or file checking would be advantageous.
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and investigative skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and professionally.
  • Confident building effective working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and Word.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently, use initiative, and manage your own workload effectively.
