Due to their continued success, our client is currently seeking to recruit a Business Support Analyst to join their team. Skills & Experience Required:

  • Office administration experience coupled with a genuine interest in data analysis, or a recent graduate with a degree in a mathematical or analytical-related subject
  • Strong IT skills and abilities, in particular Microsoft Excel
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • An inquisitive nature, with the ability to interpret patterns in data
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

The successful candidate will be fully responsible for assisting with the provision of accurate and timely statistical information in order to support the business in making data-driven decisions.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Conducting data analysis and reporting for back-office and investment platforms
  • Communicating with key stakeholders, ensuring they are kept informed of progress or delays with projects
  • Maintaining and continuously improving company systems and processes, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing innovative solutions
  • Updating and managing various records to facilitate data cleansing and generate exception reports
  • Responding to ad-hoc data and information requests
  • Cleansing, checking and reconciling business data
  • Assisting with platform and system administration tasks
