We are excited to be recruiting on behalf of an industry-leading company that is looking to recruit an experienced Internal Sales Account Manager to strengthen its team based near Bury St Edmunds. Previous Skills & Experience:

  • Proven Sales Account Management or BDM experience, with a proactive approach to developing profitable relationships
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build successful, mutually beneficial business relationships
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle and overcome objections
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and focused on meeting and exceeding targets
  • Excellent planning, organisational, and time management skills

Key Duties & Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing both new and existing sales opportunities using outbound emails, calls, and lead follow-ups
  • Building strong business relationships and maintaining and developing an existing portfolio of established clients
  • Communicating and consulting with customers to understand their needs and requirements and identify sales opportunities
  • Answering customers’ questions, resolving their concerns, and providing additional information via calls and emails
  • Generating new and repeat business by promoting new offers to customers
  • Explaining and demonstrating the functions and features of products and services
  • Maintaining and improving the database of prospects and customers
  • Keeping up to date with product and service information and competitor offers
  • Upselling products and services
