As an Employee Benefits Consultant Support, you'll be at the heart of the Employee Benefits operations - managing scheme renewals, processing claims, ensuring compliance, and assisting with everything from governance meetings to employee communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering top-tier admin support for pension, group risk, and medical insurance schemes.
- Managing auto-enrolment compliance and annual renewals.
- Liaising with clients, insurers, and consultants to maintain high service standards.
- Preparing documents, reports, and communications for schemes and meetings.
- Coaching and supporting junior team members.
- Contributing to process improvements and internal projects.
- Assist clients with the implementation of Employee Assistance programmes.
- Draft proposition documents, reports and presentations for consultants.
Previous Skills & Experience:
- Knowledge of group pensions, risk, and healthcare schemes.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Experience with compliance, scheme processing, and data management.
- Ideally holding (or working toward) qualifications such as R01, GR1, or R04.
- A proactive, professional attitude with attention to detail and integrity.
- Knowledge of Pension provider systems.
