Join our clientβs team as an Employee Benefits Administrator in their Bury St Edmunds office! As an Employee Benefits Consultant Support, you'll be at the heart of the Employee Benefits operations - managing scheme renewals, processing claims, ensuring compliance, and assisting with everything from governance meetings to employee communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering top-tier admin support for pension, group risk, and medical insurance schemes.
- Managing auto-enrolment compliance and annual renewals.
- Liaising with clients, insurers, and consultants to maintain high service standards.
- Preparing documents, reports, and communications for schemes and meetings.
- Coaching and supporting junior team members.
- Contributing to process improvements and internal projects.
- Assist clients with the implementation of Employee Assistance programmes.
- Draft proposition documents, reports and presentations for consultants.
Previous Skills & Experience:
- Knowledge of group pensions, risk, and healthcare schemes.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Experience with compliance, scheme processing, and data management.
- Ideally holding (or working toward) qualifications such as R01, GR1, or R04.
- A proactive, professional attitude with attention to detail and integrity.
- Knowledge of Pension provider systems.
