This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced leader to join a dynamic organisation committed to excellence. The Technical Senior Team Manager will lead and oversee the Technical Department, ensuring the highest standards of service and quality of work while delivering exceptional technical customer service in an efficient and effective manner.
Although previous technical experience, or experience within a similar environment, is highly desirable, this role places a strong emphasis on team leadership, people management, and driving departmental performance.
- Proven leadership and management experience, with a successful track record of managing large teams within a technical services environment or similar.
- Demonstrable ability to drive team performance, foster collaboration, and inspire confidence within both the management team and the wider department.
- Proven experience managing employee relations matters and resolving people-related challenges.
- Experience within the construction sector or a related technical field, with a sound understanding of industry standards and best practices, is preferred.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
