Look no further… We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading Financial Services company based in Bury St Edmunds who are looking for a Business Support Assistant to join their growing team. You will be responsible for maintaining the businesses systems, databases and procedures ensuring they are kept accurate and up to date. This role offers the flexibility to be based in either the Ipswich or Bury St Edmunds office. Please note that training and induction will be conducted in the Bury St Edmunds office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scanning to document management system and electronic filing
- Issuing client policy information, requesting letters and collating responses
- Completing post meeting review and post new business updates
- Inputting details to io (back‑office system) from client fact finds
- Preparing client review packs including client schedules
- Undertaking specific tasks to support the team
- Providing cover to the receptionist
