We are working with a well-established and respected National company based in Suffolk.

They are looking for a Purchasing, Stock Purchase Ledger Assistant to join their team.

Key Responsibilities Processing supplier invoices and ensuring accurate coding to the nominal ledger.

Purchasing, Stock Reconciling supplier statements and resolving any issues in a timely manner.

Assisting with month-end and year-end accounts processes.

Supporting internal audits and ensuring compliance with company procedures.

Liaising with other departments to resolve purchase ledger queries.

Providing ad hoc support to the finance team as required.

Resolve invoice queries with suppliers and internal departments.

Reconcile supplier statements and investigate discrepancies.

Skills, Experience

Qualifications

Required: Previous experience in purchase ledger, accounts payable, or a similar finance role.

AAT or equivalent accounting qualification, (preferred but not necessary).

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good numeracy and literacy skills.
