Time Appointments are looking for a proactive and detail-driven Sales Office Co-ordinator to join their busy, customer-focused sales office. You’ll play a pivotal role in managing customer expectations by organising quotes, orders, and deliveries to support projects across the UK. Your ability to communicate effectively and juggle varying priorities will be key to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare project quotations and process sales/purchase orders and invoices
- Liaise extensively with contractors, suppliers, and internal sales teams
- Co-ordinate project pricing, scheduling, and delivery planning
- Manage and respond to customer queries and non-conformances
- Support team performance through data validation and admin support
- Participate in team workshops to contribute to continuous improvement
