Time Appointments are working closely with a prestigious independent pension’s consultancy located in Colchester, who are looking to recruit an experienced Pensions Administrator to join their friendly client focused team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understanding customer requirements in relation to their pensions
- Resolving customer enquiries
- Maintenance of records for department
- Point of contact for complex enquiries
- Assisting the team leader by deputising
- Ensuring the work of less experienced colleagues is accurate
- Provision of administration service including calculation of member benefit
Skills:
- Experience and knowledge in pensions
- The ability to carry out complex pension calculations
- Experience processing, collecting and inputting data and information as delegated
- Computer literate - Full Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
- Willing to study towards relevant qualifications - QPA or PMI
- Ability to work well within a team
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
