What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing and developing client relationships through calls, meetings, and face‑to‑face visits
  • Winning new business and identifying new opportunities within your market
  • Running the full recruitment lifecycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates
  • Working closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver effective hiring solutions
  • Building long‑term relationships with both clients and candidates
  • Using our CRM and recruitment tools to manage workflows and track progress
  • Advising clients on interview best practices and hiring decisions
  • Supporting candidates through onboarding and the early stages of employment
