Time Appointments is recruiting on behalf of a well‑established business based in Ipswich for a HR Generalist on a 15‑month FTC.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR professional who is looking to join a fantastic company where they can utilise their skills.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the company’s people and ensuring a seamless experience for them. The person in this role will carry out a variety of HR functions and provide support for staff at all levels, delivering a professional service efficiently.

Skills & Experience required

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience within HR or personnel
  • A strong understanding of employee relations and employment law regulations and matters
  • Admin experience gained from a commercial environment
  • Strong IT skills including the use of Microsoft packages
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Attention to detail and accuracy skills
