Time Appointments is recruiting on behalf of a well‑established business based in Ipswich for a HR Generalist on a 15‑month FTC.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the company’s people and ensuring a seamless experience for them. The person in this role will carry out a variety of HR functions and provide support for staff at all levels, delivering a professional service efficiently.
Skills & Experience required
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience within HR or personnel
- A strong understanding of employee relations and employment law regulations and matters
- Admin experience gained from a commercial environment
- Strong IT skills including the use of Microsoft packages
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and accuracy skills
