We are working on behalf of a Motor Engineering company based in Ipswich who are currently recruiting for a highly organised and proactive Engineering Administrator to support their growing team on a part-time basis! If you’re confident in communication, thrive in a varied role, and enjoy being at the heart of operational activity, we’d love to hear from you. As a key point of contact for engineers, clients, vehicle owners and internal colleagues, you’ll play an essential role in ensuring the motor engineering services run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate engineer communications and manage job allocations
  • Support vehicle inspections and total loss settlement processes
  • Handle client and customer queries via phone, email and online portals
  • Assist with payment administration and reconciliation tasks
  • Collaborate closely with engineers, clients and vehicle owners to ensure seamless service delivery

What We’re Looking For
