This business has been trading in excess of 30 years and are looking for a bubbly individual to join their innovative team as an Import Freight Operator., * Process sales invoices to clients through the companies freight software.

  • Receive and action new bookings from clients and oversea agents.

  • Check vessel ETA’s whilst keeping clients updated.

  • Maintain up to date files and records.

  • Work closely with the import operations team to ensure documentation, pricing and introductions are in place.

  • Complete the internal booking process to ensure excellent customer service is delivered.

  • Strong customer service skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Competent with Microsoft Office packages.
