This is a Technical Claims Handler role, with either personal injury, credit hire or fire & theft experience required. Our client offers a range of excellent benefits and a competitive salary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage own caseload of technical motor claims from cradle to grave, including escalated cases
- Set and maintain appropriate financial reserves throughout the claim’s lifecycle.
- Leverage cutting-edge claims management systems to streamline processing time and reduce overall claim costs.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent, high-quality service.
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in a technical motor claims handling role
- Experience in personal injury including MOJ/OIC
- Exposure to repair, credit hire, and total loss cases
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Positive and proactive attitude
