We are currently recruiting on behalf of a thriving business based in Chelmsford who are looking to appoint a Finance Assistant within their Finance Department. The Ideal candidate will be a recent graduate with a genuine interest and desire to build a long-term career in finance, however applicants with finance admin support experience will also be considered.
Essential Skills Required:
- A genuine interest in building a career within accountancy or finance
- GCSE passes at grades C/4 or above in English and Math’s (or the equivalent)
- Previous office-based experience, preferred but not essential
- Willing to learn, demonstrate proactivity and resourcefulness
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
- Organisational and planning skills with ability to prioritise workloads.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Confident and professional manner
- Strong work ethic
