We are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of an award-winning employer who are looking for an experienced Administrator to join their growing team in their Cambridge office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide admin support to the teams.
- Maintain the Outlook calendar for Directors and Team Leaders.
- Arrange meetings as directed and issue agendas.
- Taking minutes.
- Ordering refreshments and lunches for clients and staff meetings.
- Arranging travel and accommodation.
- Audio/copying typing as requested.
- Assist in answering the telephone and email messages as appropriate.
- Provide reception assistance.
- Set up new projects and archive project information on completion.
- Ensure purchase orders are entered.
- Consult with Team Leads and prepare client invoicing and issue to clients.
Skills & Experience:
- GCSE or Equivalent grade C or above in Maths and English.
- Advanced working knowledge of all Microsoft applications.
- Strong knowledge of Excel and a good understanding of formulas.
