  • Supporting data-driven decision making across the organisation to help the business capture, grow and retain higher client value and drive ROI, as well as optimising internal processes

  • Extracting, processing, and analysing data from diverse sources to create actionable insights, visualising them in interactive dashboards, while ensuring data accuracy and integrity

  • Working closely with data engineers, data scientists and business stakeholders, to help identify patterns, trends, and opportunities to drive business objectives while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards

  • Proven experience in a similar Business Analysis role, ideally within the Tech or FS/Fintech industry

  • Experienced in statistical analysis and data modelling techniques

  • Degree educated in a role related discipline, such as data science, mathematics, or statistics

  • Proven proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages

  • Extensive knowledge SQL, PowerBI, Python, Microsoft Power Apps as well as GA, and Big Query

  • Excellent problem-solving skills, confident with large datasets and complexity

  • Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy

  • A creative, innovative, and inquisitive mindset

  • A genuine passion for data, and the desire to learn and adopt new technologies

  • A willingness to travel between offices in Ipswich/London as and when required
