Time Appointments are recruiting an Accounts & Office Assistant to provide efficient accounts and administrative support within a professional office environment in Bury St. Edmunds.
Key responsibilities:
- Daily banking, cheque processing and monitoring incoming funds
- Processing invoices, disbursements and card payments
- Supporting purchase ledger, credit control and reporting
- Assisting with completions and general accounts queries
- Reception cover, post handling and internal document distribution
- Providing general office and administrative support as required
About you:
- Previous office experience essential
- Experience within financial services advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office and office systems
- Professional, reliable and able to manage workload effectively
