Job Description

Our award-winning Client is currently recruiting for an experienced BMS Engineer to strengthen their team in Essex. The successful applicant will be rewarded with a very competitive salary, a great benefits structure and the opportunity to develop.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide support and guidance to project electricians as and when needed.
  • Develop commissioning sheets, reports and methodologies to achieve project/job completion.
  • Maintaining strict compliance to quality work, and safety rules.
  • Post-install commissioning/maintenance of building management systems (Trend, Cylon, Priva, Tridium or Honeywell & Integration).
  • Delivering an outstanding level customer service at all client levels
  • Writing or modifying software where necessary
  • Points to points commissioning
  • Graphic modification and upgrades
  • Calibration of sensors and actuators
  • Awareness of project budget for delivering quality within budget

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Knowledge, experience and demonstrable training in Trend BMS including 963, IQVision, and SET
  • Computer and IT literate
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Organisation and punctuality
  • Experience in customer service
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment
