This is a Technical Claims Handler role, with either personal injury, credit hire or fire & theft experience required. Our client offers a range of excellent benefits and a competitive salary.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage own caseload of technical motor claims from cradle to grave, including escalated cases

· Set and maintain appropriate financial reserves throughout the claim’s lifecycle.

· Leverage cutting-edge claims management systems to streamline processing time and reduce overall claim costs.

· Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent, high-quality service.

Skills & Experience:

· Previous experience in a technical motor claims handling role

· Experience in personal injury including MOJ/OIC

· Exposure to repair, credit hire, and total loss cases

· Strong problem-solving skills

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Excellent telephone manner

· Positive and proactive attitude
