- Preparing title reports, identifying residential legal and title issues
- Undertaking property due diligence of conveyancing matters

- Working closely with a team of Property Support Lawyers to support with technical matters
- Driving consistency across multiple lanes
Previous Skills & Experience
- Extensive residential conveyancing experience, with a thorough knowledge of freehold and leasehold title issues
- Ability to identify risks early on and be able to communicate clearly to colleagues
- Be able to interpret titles, plans, leases, restrictions
