Time 4 Recruitment are delighted to be working with one of the UK`s largest maintenance and service contractors. We have a fantastic opportunity for a permanent Painting Contracts Manager in Airdrie working on their painting and Decorating Contract.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and driven Contracts Manager from a Painting And Decorating background – with a determined and motivated attitude. You will be instrumental in managing their Painting and Decorating Contract and leading a team across property maintenance and commercial renovations clients.

Painting Contracts Manager key requirements for this role include:

1. Ensure the delivery of the projects within the budget and time scales specified.
2. Experience as a Contracts Manager delivering social housing/planned maintenance projects.
3. Focus on motivation of the workforce to deliver on time and to budget.
4. Focus on quality, customer service, and delivery.
5. Driving profitability of the contract to include pricing and delivering of extra works.
6. Client and tenant satisfaction.
7. Process Management.
8. Management of the customer.
9. Have an understanding of the financials on the contract.
10. Customer liaison skills.

Benefits of this role:

As Contracts Manager, you will be rewarded with a competitive salary, £42,000 to £45,000 per year based on skillset and experience, plus a car allowance of £4,000-£6,000. You will receive 31 days holidays including public holidays, which increases with length of service. There is paid maternity and paid paternity leave. You will receive Life Assurance cover and Pension contributions. There is also access to cancer care specialists for employees impacted directly or indirectly by cancer.
