Time 4 Recruitment have a great opportunity for a Temporary Groundworks Site Supervisor in Llanon, working for a highly reputable, family run award winning civils contractor. We required a Civils Site Supervisor or Civils Site Manager to start immediately up to the end of February 2025 . This could continue for the long term for the right candidate !! This is a Temporary Supervisor role where , you will be required to manage the labourers on site overseeing a groundworks package on a new residential project of timber frame housing. As Site Supervisor you will be overseeing their groundworks package which will include foundations, construction of roads, street-works and drainage on various residential projects. For this role it is vital you have experience of working as a Site Supervisor managing a groundworks package as the client requires someone to hit the ground running !!! You will report to the Site Manager / Project Manager on a daily basis. Previous experience: * It is essential that you are an experiences site manager who has supervised groundworks package on residential, new build housing projects. * SMSTS or SSSTS * CSCS essential Key responsibilities: * Overall management of all groundworks on site * Manage sub contactors to prioritise work * Liaising with sub-contractors * Ensure the Site team adhere to H & S Compliance throughout the Site. * Ensure the Site team adhere ensure quality of works meets the clients’ demands. * Previous Civil/ Groundworks Supervisor experience for 2 years plus. * You MUST be able to demonstrate a proven track record with previous employers confirming length of service and continuity of employment. * Live within commutable distance of Llanon – Swansea Benefits: * Temporary Contract – * Immediate start – * 3 months work – could continue longer for the right candidate. * Day rate £250 to £265 per day * Weekly Pay * Location – Llanon – Swansea To apply please forward your CV to Hazel Baron through the website
