Time 4 Recruitment have a fantastic opportunity for a Temporary Assistant Site Manager / Site Manager to join a dynamic main Contractor based in Severn Beach for a continuation of work up until April 2026 My client Is a global contractor who apply sector leading expertise In digital and sustainability construction for both the private an public sectors. My client is looking for someone who is enthusiastic manager to support them on a new steel frame, warehouse project. We are looking for a runner who will be out on the shop front, pick up inductions and snagging to support the Senior Site Manager This temporary role is to start ASAP!! will initially run until April 2026 – however could continue for the right candidate!!! Benefits * Competitive Day rate – £220 to £250 per day * Immediate start / or beginning of September 2025 * Good run of work up until April 2026 * Weekley pay * Location – Severn Beach Key Responsibilities * To support the Senior Site Manager in all areas including: * Oversee all site activities and monitor progress against the programme taking remedial action where appropriate whilst protecting the Company’s contractual position at all times. * To conduct site Inductions as required * Ensure the effective close out of projects and that snagging commences as specified by the customer from initial site set-up to completion. * Monitor and inspect the quality of work to ensure high standards of quality are achieved and address any issues with the sub-contractors and trades. * Keep up to date and complete site records in line with Company and legislative requirements. * Manage the performance of direct reports and sub-contract labour, ensuring they are working safely and efficiently. * Ensure our HSQE standards, operating processes, company policies and all legislative requirements are understood, implemented and adhered to at all times. * Take corrective action on any breach of policy to ensure a safe site, free of accidents and incidents, at all times. * Co-ordinate the activities of different sub-contractors to ensure work is carried out efficiently and oversee performance to ensure work is completed on schedule and to the right standard.
