Technical Services Manager (M&E) Location: Manchester (office‐based with UK‐wide site travel) Salary: Up to £60,000 + car allowance Sector: Public Sector | Office Fit‐Outs | Commercial Projects About the Role An established construction and fit‐out contractor is seeking a Technical Services Manager with a strong Mechanical & Electrical background to support the technical delivery of public sector and commercial projects across the UK. This role is ideal for an existing Technical Services Manager or an experienced M&E Project Manager within an M&E contractor looking to transition into a more technically focused position. Based from the Manchester office, you will take ownership of M&E technical assurance, coordination, and compliance from design development through installation, commissioning, and handover. You will act as the technical authority for building services, working closely with internal delivery teams, consultants, and supply chain partners to ensure solutions are fully compliant, buildable, and aligned with client and statutory requirements.
