The Opportunity

You will take full ownership of the property management function, drive performance across a national portfolio, and play a key role in securing new management mandates. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end‑to‑end management of a national commercial property portfolio, ensuring operational excellence and tenant satisfaction.
  • Drive business development activity to secure new third‑party management mandates and grow revenue.
  • Oversee lease events, service charge management, budgeting, forecasting, and capital expenditure planning.
  • Implement asset management initiatives to enhance income, reduce voids, and support long‑term value creation.
  • Manage external agents, consultants, and contractors to ensure quality, compliance, and value for money.
  • Ensure full compliance with property legislation, H&S requirements, and building management obligations.
  • Provide high‑quality reporting, strategic insight, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
