Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end‑to‑end management of a national commercial property portfolio, ensuring operational excellence and tenant satisfaction.
- Drive business development activity to secure new third‑party management mandates and grow revenue.
- Oversee lease events, service charge management, budgeting, forecasting, and capital expenditure planning.
- Implement asset management initiatives to enhance income, reduce voids, and support long‑term value creation.
- Manage external agents, consultants, and contractors to ensure quality, compliance, and value for money.
- Ensure full compliance with property legislation, H&S requirements, and building management obligations.
