My client is a luxury hotel in Newport looking for an eager Head Bar Supervisor, the location is a fantastic hotel, relaxing Spa and excellent Restaurants. The Hotel also boasts extensive events & weddings packages, able to accommodate large numbers.

The Job

Working as part of the Food & Beverage Team Head Bar Supervisor, you will contribute to the running of the Restaurant & Bars operation by implementing the standards in the F&B outlets. Being a strong Team Leader and guiding your team into giving an excellent customer experience.

The Person Specification.

• The ideal Head Bars Supervisor would come from a strong Bar & Cocktail background, essential Supervisor experience, Hotel, Restaurant or larger venues, or a high turnover branded organisation.
• Supervisor experience essential
• Has to have Cocktail & Mixology experience – MUST NON NEGOTIABLE
• The ability to multi task, and be a team leader.
• Previous employment history as a Cocktail bar man – Mixology training
