The Company

My client is a luxury hotel in the City Centre of Cardiff, looking for an extremely customer focused Receptionist. The location is fantastic and easy to commute to. The position is starting ASAP temporary to begin with but would lead to a permanent job role for the right person.

The Job

Working as part of the Front Office Team as a Receptionist, you will assist in the general running of the Front desk by implementing all the standards in the Hotel. You will rotate your time between Reception, customer queries, handling complaints and problem solving, liaising with Heads of Departments to ensure correct information is related as per clients' requests.

Duties

  • Assist with all Reception duties, check-in, departures and shift reconciliations.
  • Ensure that all guests are acknowledged and approached to the 4-star standard of service.
  • Champion customer service throughout the departments.
  • Assist in resolving all guest complaints in a professional manner, ensuring all queries are addressed.
