An experienced Assistant Manager for an established Gastro Pub inSully.
The Company
Modelled similarly on one of the other establishments this Gastro/Bistro style Pub & Restaurant will serve meals from a menu created by fresh locally sourced produce. The food and dining experience is fine dining with a gastro twist. The company is extremely passionate about food, from Front of House to Kitchen Management.
The Job
As an Assistant Manager you will be assisting the General Manager in daily decision making, helping in recruiting & operations. As an Assistant Manager you will be equally passionate about food, as this position requires managers to be extremely personable with patrons and a knowledge of fine food & wines.
An ideal candidate would have a few years experience within a similar role and a similar environment.

- Previous experience within this role at this level is essential
- Ability to both self motivate and motivate others
- Ability to manage senior and base level staff
- Ability to train and recruit for new staff when required
- Ability to meet & increase profit margins, exceeding current targets
