We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our Shellingford Depot.

What will you be doing?

  • Average 40 hours per week
  • Working to KPIs and business demand
  • Overseeing a team of 20 Operatives
  • Recruitment, training and development of staff
  • Motivating and guiding the team
  • Addressing and resolving issues to ensure effective operation
  • Stock management
  • Monitoring and maintaining health and safety compliance
  • A flexible approach to working hours between 7:00am – 8:00pm

Am I right for the job?

You will also be involved in picking and loading multi part orders yourself assisting the team when necessary so you must hold a valid counterbalance FLT certificate of competence.

  • At least 3 years of operations management experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to coordinate in a warehouse environment
  • Strong organisational and time management skills

This role includes manual handling of our products; you must be comfortable doing so in the correct manner.
