Do you want to be at home on the weekends? That’s exactly what our HGV Drivers get to do every week! We are looking for experienced Class 2 HGV Drivers to join our growing Transport Team at the Shellingford Depot. You will be the face of Timbmet responsible for safely delivering our timber products across England and Wales providing great customer service.
Benefits & Salary
- £35,110 per annum
- Working less than the average 48 hours per week
- Monday to Friday, no weekends
- Bank holidays off and extended Christmas closure
The Role
- Multi drop routes
- Nights out as and when required
- Curtain pulling and securing the load
- Manual handling
- Checking paperwork on product
- Customer interaction
Essential Experience & Qualifications
- Valid Class 2 licence with no previous disqualifications
- 2 years relevant driving experience (26 tonne vehicles)
- Fully CPC qualified
- Must be physically active due to manual handling
- Multi drop experience would be advantageous
- Excellent communication skills
