As part of our continued growth, we are looking to expand our team of Property Care Technicians throughout the Midlands and specifically in the Northampton area. You will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of property preservation and repair works, with travel required within the Midlands area.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct damp and timber treatments including dry rot, woodworm, and damp proofing.
- Carry out waterproofing installations and associated first and second fix joinery work.
- Complete general plastering tasks as required.
- Ensure all works are completed to the highest standard, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain excellent customer service and represent the Timberwise brand professionally on every project.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Proven skills in plastering and/or joinery.
- A proactive and self‑motivated approach with the ability to plan and manage their own workload.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A valid CSCS card.
- NVQ Level 2 qualification (or equivalent).
- Previous experience in the preservation industry is desirable but full training will be provided.
