The Role
We are now looking for a full-timeCustomer Services Team Memberto join our fantastic team at ourHead OfficeinNorthwich, Cheshire.
As a Customer Service TeamMember your role will include: –
- First point of contact for our customers
- Handling of customer calls
- Responding to internet queries
- Managing and coordinating surveyors’ diaries
- Following up enquiries and outstanding actions
- Keeping customers informed throughout the process
- Maintaining accurate customer records
- Administrative duties to include invoicing and taking payments
- Prioritising a busy workload and managing changing demands.
- Working closely with surveyors and colleagues to ensure customers receive a smooth and professional service
As a Customer Service Team Member, you will be:
- Confident and professional when communicating with customers via telephone and email
- Naturally organised and able to manage multiple priorities
- Proactive and willing to take ownership
- Positive, resilient and solution focused
- Accurate with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working at pace
- Confident using Microsoft Office and business systems
- A reliable team player
Previous experience in customer service, scheduling, administration or a service based business would be beneficial.
Knowledge of UK geography would also be useful due to the scheduling element of the role.
Industry experience is not essential. We are more interested in finding someone with the right attitude, capability and desire to succeed.
